The Package Design classes I teach provide a broad overview of essential design basics, including materials, production methods, and experimental investigation.

The results of my teaching consistently yield outstanding And Award Winning projects.

Stori is a hypothetical collaboration with the famous blog, Humans of New York, for an alkaline water that hydrates our bodies and quenches our thirst to empathize and learn from each other.

A story per bottle, Stori highlights an interview of one of the 8.5 million strangers living in New York City by photographer and blogger Brandon Stanton. Each bottle allows you to take a peek into the window of someone’s story through the cut out New York windows. Bottles reflect the New York skyline, with each label containing quotes from the interview and also feature a scannable QR code that leads one to view the full story online.

Tidy is a compact, lightweight laundry kit that was created as a hypothetical sub brand under Tide. It is targeted to college students, singles, and travelers when they need to do laundry outside the home. It is smaller and lighter than traditional laundry packaging which makes it easier to transport and has an appropriate amount of each product for every step of the laundry process. A non-spillable cleaning product replaces liquids, powders, and crystals in this kit. The packaging is constructed with rigid carton materials making it travel friendly.

Fireworks should be fun. Red’s Fireworks employs a hip look to appeal to younger parents. It’s a new brand with a heritage feel, conveying trust and tradition. The packaging features a unique spot UV coating applied to an explosive typographic pattern that sparkles as bright as the product on SBS board folding cartons. Custom soft-good bags were also produced.
